Columbine and Lakewood Senior High Schools
Littleton and Lakewood, Colorado
Replacement of gymnasium floors and bleachers at two existing high schools. Project cost $750,000 and completed in August 1999.
Ken Caryl Middle School
Architectural, mechanical and electrical systems upgrade. Replacement the entire mechanical system, 50,000 SF of reroofing, drainage and sitework. $2,200,000 to be completed in August 2002. Project data sheet.
Hackberry Hill Elementary School
Mechanical and electrical system upgrades funded by State of Colorado grant and District funds which will improve teaching environment by improving learning conditions and substantially reduce noise levels. Completion scheduled for August 2002. Project data sheet.
District wide 4,500 SF bakery that supplies all the baked goods for the Jefferson County school system. 1,300 SF District Catering Kitchen. This facility provides catering services for the District as well as catering outside of District functions.
3,800 SF freezer building. This is over 60 foot square and 25 feet high and consolidated the freezer operations from numerous locations throughout Jefferson County into one efficient operation. The building is placed upon stilts due to grade consideration and allows parking and miscellaneous storage under the freezer.
4,500 SF District wide Adult Education offices and 2 large computer rooms used for training and Adult Education. 5,500 SF District computer training center at Quail Street facility. Remodeling of 3,300 SF office space for relocation of District Security Offices.
